The Warehouse Associate will perform an array of function that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in warehouse. The Warehouse Associate must understand the impact of this position to other business functions that depend on the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse operations. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

Job Duties
• Assist and prepare materials for receiving unloading trucks and checking in
merchandise.
• Match incoming and outgoing product with purchase orders.
• Verify shipping products expiration codes.
• Inspect product to ensure good condition.
• Operate Pallet Jack in a safe manner to move product that must be received or
shipped out.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and
workstations neat, sweep, dust, and mop. Organized warehouse and work area
for orderliness always.
• May be required to assist with scheduling freight appointments.
• May lift cases of product and/or stock merchandise according to documented
procedures.
• Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and
tracking of shipped products
• Create a daily shipment schedule.
• Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, amounts of
materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in
counting of physical inventory
• Sort and place materials or items on rack, shelves or in bins according to
organizational standards.
• Perform quality audits of the condition of goods for outgoing items prior to signing
off.
• Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
• Follow current standards and procedures.
• Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if there are multiple
items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete.
• Problem solve for any cases of missing documents, shipments, and deliveries.
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety
regulations.
• Make deliveries with a company vehicle as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
• Overtime as required.
• Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. may be required.
• Work is performed in a combination of environments
